Winchester, Remington, and Sports Afield Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Shipping Preparation: Your safe will be dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. Given the weight, it will be shipped via a freight company on a big rig with a liftgate.

Delivery Appointment: The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery time within 5-10 business days. It's essential that the delivery site is accessible, and someone is present to receive the order.

Curbside Delivery: This service, included in your purchase, provides delivery to the curb of your driveway. Please note that the delivery personnel will not assist with unpacking, moving the item beyond the curb, or disposing of packaging materials.

Before Accepting the Delivery:

  1. Confirm all items listed on your packing slip are delivered.
  2. Inspect the safe for any external damage and ensure its operability.
  3. Document any damages on the delivery receipt.
  4. You reserve the right to refuse the delivery due to significant freight damage.

Tuffy Security Products Shipping Policy:

Shipping Methods: All Tuffy products will be shipped via FedEx or UPS unless otherwise quoted. Quoted rates are for standard ground shipping unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping is available for additional charges. Please call or email for an expedited shipping quote.

Shipping Damage Claims: Contact Tuffy within 3 days of the delivery to report any shipping damage and initiate a shipping damage claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to note any shipping damage at the time of receipt no matter how minor. Minor shipping box damage can indicate damage to the product inside. This includes:

  • Smashed corners
  • Holes in the shipping box
  • Signs that the package was opened and retaped, etc.

Shipping damage can also occur without any obvious packaging signs to the shipping box. For this reason, the contents should be inspected before signing for the delivery.

Barska Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping: Barska.com offers free shipping for orders $59 and above, carrier depends on product and ship-to location. Free shipping Items will be shipped by one of the following:

  • FedEx Ground
  • UPS Ground
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • LTL Freight (Less Than Truck Load)

U.S.A ONLY void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands

Order Shipment Times: Orders placed before 9 AM PST Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM will ship out the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Dates: This is an estimation of the delivery date calculated by adding, standard ground service for a select shipping carrier, time it takes to process/pack the order and time it takes to secure payment transaction. Holidays and weekends are not considered transit days for shipping. Shipments may also be delayed due to payment verification, weather, address verification, stock availability, seasonal high demand, and online technical issues. While we strive to ship orders for timely delivery, we do not guarantee a delivery date.

Large Quantity orders that required LTL [Less Than Truck Load] or freight shipping are also eligible for free shipping

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping cost is calculated and varies by item and location. Expedited orders placed before 9 AM PST Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM will ship out the next business day.

Shipment Tracking: Tracking numbers are updated daily Monday-Friday by 5 PM PST.

Freight Shipping: Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary; contact your Barska.com account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options, and shipping specials. For the Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the customer's credit card. In some circumstances, international shipping may be available. Please call for details.

Freight Shipping Terms for Larger Items/Safes: Please allow 10-15 business days for the freight order to be delivered. The customer will be contacted by the independent freight carrier before delivery to schedule a delivery time. If the delivered item has been damaged in transit, the customer may refuse the shipment if the inside product has also been damaged. If the product is found to be damaged upon opening the package, the customer needs to contact Barska within 5 days of receiving the product to report the damage. Customers who cancel or refuse their freight order within 1-15 business days of placing the order must pay the return freight shipping cost. This excludes refusals due to damage during transit. If the delivered item has been damaged in transit, the customer has within 5 days of receiving the item to report the damage in order to ship the item back with no additional charge.

How long does delivery take?

How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Anker products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes:

  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

Shipping Details

  • Lead Time and Shipping Method: For free shipping, we select the most feasible shipping method for your location. Free shipping covers all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Insurance

MIRA Safety partners with ReDo for shipping protection, which is automatically added to your cart by default. We highly recommend keeping this insurance enabled to ensure coverage in case of loss, damage, or theft. If insurance is disabled, we will do our best to recoup any loss, but cannot guarantee replacement in cases where recovery is not possible.

  • Package Stolen (No Insurance): If insurance was not selected and a package is stolen, a police report will be required to attempt recovery. Compensation from the carrier will be case-dependent and may result in partial or no payment.

Claim Filing Guidelines

Please follow these timeframes to file claims:

  • Marked as Delivered (Stolen)

    • File claims between 5 and 15 days from the marked delivery date.
    • For orders over $100 USD, a police report is required.
  • Stuck in Transit (Lost)

    • U.S./Canada: File claims between 7 and 30 days from the last tracking update or within 60 days from the order date.
    • International: File claims between 20 and 30 days from the last update or within 60 days from the order date.
  • Damaged

    • File claims for damaged items within 15 days of marked delivery. Include photos of both the package and the item.

  • Ground Shipping: Most products qualify for free ground shipping and typically take 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Two-Day Shipping: Available for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed the same day; orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • One-Day Shipping: Available for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed the same day; orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Important Notes:

  • Expedited shipping is not available for all items due to size, weight, hazardous materials, or delivery address.
  • Expedited orders require a valid street address and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
  • Shipments cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.

Freight Shipping

For panels larger than 200W, freight shipping is required and does not qualify for free shipping. Return orders via freight will incur a $500 charge for delivery and return transportation ($250 each way).

Additional Freight Charges:

  • Delivery to remote areas: $50 - $280.
  • Delivery to limited access areas (e.g., schools, churches): Starting at $50.
  • Address changes or rescheduling: Storage fees ($20/day) and rerouting fees ($75 - $300).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam

Shipping is available via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages. Solar panels over 320W cannot be shipped to these locations. Additional surcharges may apply.


Damages and Replacements

If your order is damaged during shipping or there are discrepancies, please report the issue within 5 business days of delivery by contacting 1-833-673-6879 or support@ironcladsentry.com. Replacement orders will be shipped via ground shipping and cannot be expedited.

Blue Alpine Shipping Policy:

Shipping
Please note that shipping times provided are estimates. Once the unit leaves our facility, we have limited control over the freight company. While shipping delays are uncommon, we kindly ask for your patience should any issues arise with the shipping company that may cause delays.

Shipping Damage
If your machine is damaged during shipment, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Blue Alpine LLC reserves the right to determine the best course of action, which may include shipping replacement parts such as panels for customer installation or arranging for the machine to be shipped back to our facility for repair. The decision will depend on the extent and nature of the damage.

Rambo Bikes Shipping Policy:

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

  2. Curbside Delivery:

    • The product will be delivered to the curbside location at the provided shipping address.
    • Recipients must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to accept the delivery.
    • Only one delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is unavailable, the shipment will be held at the nearest shipping hub, and additional charges may apply for further delivery attempts.
  3. Unloading Capability:

    • Products are shipped in crates that are large and heavy. Specific size and weight details are available on the product page.
    • Lift-gate service is not utilized for delivery. The recipient must have the necessary means or equipment to off-load the product from the curbside delivery location.
  4. Liability:

    • Ironclad Sentry and its manufacturers are not liable for personal injuries sustained during unloading, lifting, moving, or transporting the product after delivery.
    • The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused during unloading. Please ensure proper safety measures are followed during the process.
  5. Damaged Product Upon Delivery:

    • If the product appears damaged upon delivery, follow these steps:
      • Slight Damage: Note "PRODUCT DAMAGED BY CARRIER" when signing the Bill of Lading.
      • Extensive Damage: Refuse delivery and contact Ironclad Sentry’s customer service at 1-833-673-6879 to report the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement shipment.
  6. Delivery Schedule:

    • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after the product is shipped.

EZ Hunting Blinds Shipping Policy:

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all orders within the continental US.
Exclusions apply to Hawaii and Alaska, where free shipping is not available. Expedited shipping rates are available on some items.

Small Package Shipments

We ship smaller items via FedEx or UPS. These carriers will deliver the package to your front door without requiring an appointment.

Important Information About Your EZ Hunting Blind Delivery

EZ Hunting Blinds are shipped via LTL freight. The shipping company will call to schedule a delivery time.

LTL freight shipments arrive on a tractor-trailer with a 50' or longer trailer.
If a tractor-trailer cannot access your street, the shipper and EZ Hunting Blinds assume no liability. It is the customer's responsibility to schedule an appointment with the shipping company to:

  • (A) Pick up the hunting blind at the shipping terminal.
  • (B) Meet the truck to transfer the freight to your vehicle.

Freight Delivery Policy

  • Freight companies only deliver to the bottom of your driveway.
  • They do not drive up your driveway or place your order in a specific location.
  • If you cannot meet the shipping criteria, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Missing Items

Each EZ Hunting Blind will be shipped as a separate pallet.

If you are missing an item, follow these steps:

  1. Write the number of missing items and the word "SHORT" on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Goose Gear – Shipping Policy:

All Goose Gear product prices include shipping to destinations within the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Goose Gear provides complimentary shipping protection through Route at no additional cost. This coverage applies to lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If an issue occurs, Ironclad Sentry Customer Service will assist with the claim process.

Goose Gear products are built to order, and lead times vary by product. Once your order ships, transit time depends on the carrier and delivery location. Tracking information will be provided once the order leaves the facility.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not included and must be quoted separately. International shipping, U.S. territories, and APO addresses are not supported. International customers may use a U.S.-based freight forwarder to receive their order.

Goose Gear does not provide commercial invoices, customs paperwork, or export documentation. International sales must be arranged through an authorized dealer or freight forwarder.

Route shipping protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims must be submitted within the applicable timeframes based on the issue and last tracking update. Ironclad Sentry Customer Service can assist with initiating a claim if needed.

For freight and large-item deliveries, customers will be contacted prior to shipment to confirm availability. Freight carriers may also call to schedule delivery. It is important to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment to avoid delays.

Delivery locations must be accessible to freight trucks. Customers should notify Ironclad Sentry in advance of any restrictions such as narrow roads, low-hanging branches, gated access, or limited delivery windows.

Freight deliveries are curbside only. The driver will unload the shipment to the ground if equipped with a liftgate, but moving the product inside is the customer’s responsibility. Liftgate service should be requested if there is no loading dock or forklift available. Additional fees may apply for inside delivery or special handling.

Upon delivery, customers should inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and documented with photos. Packages should be opened promptly to inspect for concealed damage, which must be reported within 24 hours.

Additional fees may apply for limited-access locations, missed delivery appointments requiring redelivery, or special delivery accommodations.

Once shipped, tracking details will be provided so shipment progress can be monitored directly with the carrier.

Leitner Designs – Shipping Policy:

Ironclad Sentry strives to process and ship Leitner Designs orders either the same business day or next business day. Orders ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment.

Once a package has been scanned and picked up by the carrier, the shipment cannot be canceled, intercepted, or modified. Customers who wish to reroute a shipment must do so directly through the carrier, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders over $150 shipped via UPS require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Ironclad Sentry is not responsible for packages returned due to missed signature attempts or delivery refusals.

Packages returned due to incorrect address information, delivery refusal, or failure to retrieve the shipment will be held until the customer contacts Ironclad Sentry. Any costs required to re-ship the item will be the customer’s responsibility. Customers are encouraged to verify shipping details carefully at checkout.

If a shipment arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact Ironclad Sentry Customer Service immediately so a damage claim can be filed.
