Warranty Information

Winchester Warranty Information:

We are proud to stand behind our products with the best safe warranty in the industry.

Safes made by Granite Security Products, Inc. (GSP) come with a limited lifetime warranty, beginning on the purchase date, against defects in materials and workmanship. The mechanical or electronic lock is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date. (TS9, TS19, TS12, TS20, TS26, and TS36 have a 1-year warranty) Proof of purchase is required to obtain service.

GSP may, at its discretion, open or repair the damaged safe on location, provided it is located within 100 miles of a skilled safe technician. If the safe is damaged to the extent that it cannot be opened by normal means, then GSP will have the safe opened by a skilled safe technician to retrieve the owner’s belongings. The maximum expense to repair or open a safe is limited to $300.00 USD.

This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, or abuse. It also does not cover damage caused by tampering with or altering any part of the product (including, but not limited to, removing the safe door). It also does not cover consumables such as batteries for the electronic lock. The safe must not be housed in an enclosed swimming pool area. The safe is to be located in an area that is climate-controlled and installed as instructed in the Owner’s Manual.

The warranty on a Winchester Safe covers a product that is deemed new, undamaged, and in the exact same condition when it left our factory. When a safe is damaged by freight or dropped, it may have received structural damage to the unit that could compromise the integrity of the fire protection and/or security. In the case where we deem a product to have an invalid warranty, we will provide parts at a cost.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty can be transferred, for a fee, to subsequent purchasers or owners with the prior written consent from GSP.

Certain exclusions to this warranty are: safes used in a commercial or industrial environment, water damage of any kind, paint finish, and loss or damage by any means of personal property inside the safe.

GSP provides this warranty in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether expressed or implied. GSP accepts no liability for incidental or consequential damage or loss by anyone as a result of using this safe.

To activate this warranty, please fill out the registration card which came with your new safe and return it to the address noted below or Register Online.

Products not manufactured by Tuffy Security Products at their facility, including, but not limited to, component parts and accessories, are covered by their manufacturer's standard warranty, not the Tuffy warranty. Tuffy aluminum products are covered by this warranty for one year from the date of purchase by the original owner.

Exclusions:

  • Warranty does not cover rusting, the coating, expenses for installation, service, or downtime.
  • Warranty does not cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages, malfunctions, or service failures caused by abuse (including fire or wreckage), misuse, neglect, failure to follow the manufacturer's operating and/or installation instructions, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons, and/or any claim for incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability: Tuffy Security Products, Inc. shall only be responsible to the extent of replacing or repairing materials supplied to customers which are determined by Tuffy Security Products, Inc. to be defective and shall have no liability beyond such repair or replacement. Tuffy Security Products, Inc., expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims any implied or other warranty of fitness for any particular purpose for which the product is supplied without Tuffy Security Products, Inc.'s knowledge or consent.

Voidance of Warranty: Any use or application of the material and/or products supplied to its customers for the purpose not intended for such material and/or products shall operate to void all warranties, and Tuffy Security Products, Inc. expressly disclaims any liability resulting from material and/or product failure in such event.

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required. Special order and custom products are exempted from this Tuffy Warranty.

Should your Hold Up Displays product become damaged or defective, we promise to repair or replace it to perfect working condition. You deserve products that just work, and we’ll make sure that they do. You give us a call and we’ll answer within 5 seconds. You’ll talk to someone who loves firearms and is daily involved in building the racks you’re using. So rest assured that if on the off chance something goes wrong with your order, we’re a phone call or email away from making things right!

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

Dillon Manufacturing Lifetime Warranty

Dillon Manufacturing offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects within the normal scope of use. This warranty ensures that Dillon Manufacturing will repair or replace, at its discretion, any products found to be defective under normal and appropriate utilization, provided the product is still within its expected lifespan.

Important Notes:

  • The term "lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the product, not the owner’s lifetime. For example, a deer blind that has served well for 15-20 years in extreme weather conditions is considered to have reached the end of its lifetime.
  • Products past their lifetime, showing breakdown or wear and tear due to extensive use, are not covered under this warranty.
  • The warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects under normal and appropriate usage within the product's lifespan.
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts at Dillon Manufacturing's discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by high winds, extreme weather conditions, unattended use, or normal wear and tear.
  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or unauthorized attached parts.
  • Damage beyond the product's expected lifespan.

Conditions for Warranty Claims:

  • The customer must present an original dated receipt from an authorized dealer to validate the warranty claim.
  • If a product is deemed repairable by Dillon Manufacturing, repair may be provided instead of replacement. Customers will be instructed on how and where to ship the product for repairs.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Repairs:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to and from Dillon Manufacturing’s warehouse for repair services.

Each situation will be evaluated individually by Dillon Manufacturing to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or wear and tear. The final decision on warranty claims lies at the discretion of Dillon Manufacturing.
