The turn around from order to delivery was faster than I expected. I received a phone call before shipping to make sure that I was going to be home for the arrival of my freeze dryer. The unit was so well packed it is a testament to the customer satisfaction that Blue Alpine claims. I had the unit up and running within hours of delivery. I had wanted to have freeze dried skittles for my grandchildren for Christmas and boy did I. It is currently New Years Eve and I have made fruit, meals, and freeze dried ice cream. I couldn't be happier with my investment. I appreciated the owner's manual being provided in the form of printer paper stapled in the top corner rather than in a bound book format. I was able to take the recipe sheets and attach them to the cork board for easy review. Presenting it in this way, in my opinion, shows a company focus on the quality of the hardware. I will be recommending Blue Alpine to my friends. Keep up the good work people. A happy and prosperous New Year to you all.

I LOVE my Blue Alpine! I actually received it on the 23rd of December. I’ve only done one batch so far, the candy that came with my machine. The candy came out AMAZING and the taste is the same. The machine is SUPER easy to use…even for someone young who isn’t tech savvy (this woman). I will say, only use the break-in oil ONCE and be sure to have oil on hand after. BA recommends Dairyland.
