The system is built to withstand extreme conditions, incorporating a range of high-performance features:
High-Strength Materials: Made of high-strength, heat-treated steel, offering over double the strength of typical mild steel. This dramatically reduces weight while increasing durability and dent resistance.
Precision Welding: Utilizes laser welding for full penetration and an 8 to 12 times smaller heat-affected zone than traditional methods, preventing warping and maintaining the steel's original strength.
Integrated Winch Mount: Features a monocoque center with a seamlessly integrated winch mount.
Lighting Options: Light-mounting options are available in the center section for auxiliary lighting, fog, or driving lights.
Superior Finish: A three-step coating process (media blasting, E-Coat primer, and textured black powder topcoat) protects against scratches and the elements. Custom colors are available upon request.
ADVANCED PROTECTION & COOLING
Redesigned Air Inlet: The lower center radiator air inlet has been redesigned to redirect airflow multiple times, effectively stopping mud, dirt, and debris from clogging the radiator.
Increased Airflow: Enhanced airflow to the two auxiliary coolers compensates for potential cooling loss due to the redirected intake.
Repositioned Coolers: The engine coolant and transfer case coolers have been moved up and inward to minimize off-road damage risk.
Easy Access: Removable front and rear covers allow for easy cleaning of debris.
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Triangulated Bumperettes: The outer wings feature an incredibly strong triangulated tubular construction.
Unbelievable Strength: A built-in link connects the outer tip of the bumperette to the frame’s steering box mount on both sides, providing exceptional front-to-back strength.
Mega-Duty Skid Plate: Includes a separate lower crossbar below the radiator for added strength to the factory skid plate mounts, with reinforced lower corners where ground contact is most likely.
Customizable Cover: A 6061-T6 aluminum upper cover can be drilled for custom mounting options.
