Best decision I made! So easy to use too.

I did quite a bit of research on freeze dryers before landing on purchasing a Blue Alpine. Right out of the box it has worked wonderfully, doing batches in a fraction of the time many recipes call for. I've been very pleased with the quality of the machine thus far, along with the personal contact Blue Alpine made with me to coordinate shipping of the Freeze Dryer. I have zero regrets on choosing Blue Alpine and already have recommended it in person to many friends and family members!

Not only do they have excellent customer service, but they can also answer any and all questions.
So I ordered a freeze dryer from them. It got here within 5 days and the machine's quality and looks are incredible.

Even the silicone mats for the trays are superb. They fit the trays perfectly and go all the way up the sides, formfitting the trays. Which means liquids won't go under the silicone mat dirtying up the tray itself!
It even has a built-in waterproof fan to speed up defrosting.
Great design, light-years ahead of the competition. Faster than the rest.
3 years warranty and all parts available to buy online and user replaceable if needed after that...
Would I buy again? Absolutely!

It works great, way less time than other companies out there with candy making and fb groups and testing it has been successful ever batch to show it works more quickly. Was easy to put the pump on and do oil changes. I will admit I had no idea what I was doing prior to receiving it even though I looked online I didn’t fully understand how it worked till it was here and I did a test batch of candy. It was so easy! I’ve done apples and bananas as well and they are amazing. I was told the largest are very loud and while it is loud it’s not as loud as I was expecting. I’m sensitive to the ovens overhead fan and this doesn’t bother me. We have it in our dining room. It is very heavy though.

Great customer service!!! Easy set up, the instructions were clear and easy in the owner's manual, or you could choose to watch the video. Easy to operate, I am new to the freeze drying world and this machine is wonderful!

I placed my order back in January and received it in late March. There were a few hiccups about the delivery date but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The Blue Alpine Freeze-Dryer is very simple to set up, and easy to navigate the stored recipes. It's also very simple to figure out your own recipes. It arrived in perfect condition and it was worth the wait. I'm glad I did my research and purchased the Blue Alpine. I look to purchase another one in the near future.

We are starting a company with freeze dried foods. After having only another brand and having issues time and again, when purchasing our next freeze dryer we were looking for a different brand that ran more efficiently. A friend referred me to Blue Alpine.
1. The referral was much easier than I had experienced and I actually got a discount and she got money back as well.
2. The company was in contact with me and answered every question I had.
3. We received our shipment quickly.
4. Even though the box was damaged during shipping it was packed very well inside and we had no damage to our freeze dryer.
5. The setup was very easy.
6. It is simple to use and times are quicker than our other freeze dryers from a different company.
7. It is easier to pick different modes than others on the market.

We have loved it so far and in the past week we have had it, we have already run 6 batches of goodies in it.

The turn around from order to delivery was faster than I expected. I received a phone call before shipping to make sure that I was going to be home for the arrival of my freeze dryer. The unit was so well packed it is a testament to the customer satisfaction that Blue Alpine claims. I had the unit up and running within hours of delivery. I had wanted to have freeze dried skittles for my grandchildren for Christmas and boy did I. It is currently New Years Eve and I have made fruit, meals, and freeze dried ice cream. I couldn't be happier with my investment. I appreciated the owner's manual being provided in the form of printer paper stapled in the top corner rather than in a bound book format. I was able to take the recipe sheets and attach them to the cork board for easy review. Presenting it in this way, in my opinion, shows a company focus on the quality of the hardware. I will be recommending Blue Alpine to my friends. Keep up the good work people. A happy and prosperous New Year to you all.

I LOVE my Blue Alpine! I actually received it on the 23rd of December. I’ve only done one batch so far, the candy that came with my machine. The candy came out AMAZING and the taste is the same. The machine is SUPER easy to use…even for someone young who isn’t tech savvy (this woman). I will say, only use the break-in oil ONCE and be sure to have oil on hand after. BA recommends Dairyland.

Love having an extra set of mats. I use them with five Nordic Ware 9x13 trays that have lids. If there’s a lot of processing to do, I can have one set in the freezer and one set in the freeze dryer. It’s so easy to just pick up the mats and transfer to the BA trays for freeze drying.

I absolutely love my new silicone mats. They are so easy to use and to clean. I highly recommend them.

Received mats and they will be in use tomorrow.
